Visa, passport, exam and job portals each set their own limits on the files you upload — dimensions, shape, file size, format — and reject anything outside them, often without saying which limit it broke. PortalPrep fits a file to those exact limits.

The numbers come from each portal’s own official page, and every preset says when it was last checked. Your files never leave your device: there’s no account, nothing to upload to, no ads and no tracking. PortalPrep is made by Sobur Fagbenro.
